Trauma informed record keeping- Dr Lisa Cherry
When a person comes to read their records, care experienced adults will want to read what has been written to support them to make meaning of the events that happened in childhood.
Description
In this one day event, we will explore how to write in ways that are trauma responsive, dynamic and have the capacity to heal the reader long after their time in care. This will be explored by bringing together personal, academic and professional experiences and skills in a safe, reflective space where we infuse training, mentoring and reflective practice.
